Commission TOS

BEFORE REQUESTING A COMMISSION, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• My payment methods are through Paypal to accept USD, as well as Robux via gamepasses.• I have every right to deny taking a commission from anyone. I will not cancel in the middle of a commission unless other circumstances are stated.• DO NOT RUSH ME, PERIOD. Art takes me (and most artists) time; I have a personal life to take care of too. I will notify you if things are slowing down for whatever reason, and I sincerely apologize if it takes longer than expected.• I will not begin the commission until I receive payment. If the piece is more than a sketch, I can accept half-payments (half price paid before sketch, rest is paid after you are shown the sketch).• On top of this, do NOT send money to me before contacting me and seeing if I'm open. I literally will not refund you unless I'm notified of the incident.• I am happy to make small changes in the piece wherever they're requested. If you do not like how an art piece is coming out, I can redo it once, free of charge. Any further requests to redo it again will be denied or require a small fee to be paid.• I permit the posting/sharing of commissions. However, all I ask that credit is given to me wherever it is posted. If I ask that a particular piece is not shared publicly, DO NOT SHARE IT. Sketches!

Sketches can be done on either paper or digital. Normally I clean up sketch lines to make it look more clean!PRICES:

Lineart!

Lineart is only going to be done as digital works. It will normally have more detail/cleaner lines than a sketch.PRICES:

Colored!

I do not do much lineless art as I do not favor it much, but I am willing to do it! These will be colored and can be shaded optionally with an additional charge.PRICES:

Backgrounds/Extra Characters!

Backgrounds and extra characters are optional in your commission. They will add to the original cost of the piece however, depending on the art kind (sketch, lineart, etc) that is chosen.For backgrounds, simple ones are free. Anything that involves a more complex background will add extra charges.PRICES for BOTH BACKGROUNDS/EXTRA CHARACTERS:

Comics/Character References!

Character references and comics will mostly refer to the prices above. This is USD only, I will not take Robux for this.For comics, the first four panels will not have any extra charges besides the initial $17 USD + full body art kind price of your choosing. Each extra panel after the 4th one will cost an extra $5 USD + 50% of the full body art type price of the comic/panel. If the number of characters in the comic is over 2 you will be charged $10 per extra character. (EXAMPLE: an order for a comic ($17) that is in color ($12) with 5 panels (+$5 and +$6 due to art type) and four characters (+$20) will cost a total of $60).For character references, the initial start price is at 25$; in it, you will be provided with a colored (can be changed to shaded if preferred) full body of the character, with an option of another view of the character also in full body (backside view, another form of the character, etc). It will also include a color pallet, the character's name, and a description if preferred. Once anything else is added, (for example, an extra headshot), I will begin to charge you per addition (this will be discussed in private). (EXAMPLE: a reference sheet is ordered with shaded fullbodies - one front facing and the other showing the back ($25). The character has a second form they also want to be in the sheet, as a shaded fullbody (+$15), and a colored headshot is requested for the character (+$7.20). The total would come out to be $47.20.)

These are just the main things I offer!I have other things that are and can be offered in the future (special themes, sketch pages, YCHs, adopts, etc), but these are the main things I am laying out to offer of my current commissions.
